I have bought a bed for my daughter and she loves it the colour is really nice built quality is good and it was delivered with the mattress in that price that was a real deal for me.

Just be extremely wary if you order through OnBuy. I paid for a particular product (that I always use and was a great offer on here) and received a much lesser quality, cheaper product. I have now been offered half of the cost, but want to return the product and receive a full amount. This is apparently not doable because they are in China. OnBuy have told me to "be patient"!! Not resolved and a definite offence of The Trade Description Act.

One of the worst sites I have ever used as a seller. Daily issues with website problems- either slow to use, inventory not working, server down. This could be forgiven however if it wasn’t for their non-existent support centre. Four days ago a ticket was raised for an urgent account issue and still no response. It’s impossible to use them to run a successful business. Anyone thinking of selling on onBuy- seriously don’t waste your time.

Purchased airpod pro's work fine until last week when the right one broke. Tried to arrange a repair with Apple to be told they were not genuine therefore unfixable by them. No response from the seller and no response from onbuy themselves. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS

Awful company do not buy from these scammers. I ordered my goods January the 2nd I have been told they are having delivery issues for the last 6 months I've demanded a refund and the reply has been onbuy doesn't have a refund button.

I placed an order with Onbuy.com (seller photogears.uk) for Bose headphones (just under £200) on 12/06/22. ETA given was 23/06/22 - 28/06/22. As I hadn't received the order or heard from Onbuy or photogears by 29/06/22, I contacted them via Onbuy.com's customer portal. They advised me that the item was delivered to my address on 21/06/22. It wasn't, nor to my neighbours. I explained this to them and asked for proof of the delivery, e.g. a signed receipt form, which they couldn't provide. Photogears told me to contact the delivery firm, Yodel.co.uk. Yodel initially also insisted it was delivered on 21/06/22, but eventually told me to contact the seller. As I was being given the runaround by photogears (with onbuy,com telling me I had to deal with photogears, not them) and Yodel, l lodged a dispute with PayPal (had paid through them as I guest). PayPal told me they could only refund me if they received written confirmation from seller or delivery firm that the order was never delivered. Eventually, after logging a formal complaint with Yodel and threatening photogears.uk, paypal, onbuy,com & Yodel.co.uk with logging this with www .actionfraud.police.uk, I received confirmation from PayPal, photogears.uk and Yodel.co.uk that I'd receive a refund, which I duly did a few days later. From 29/06/22 - 17/07/22 I sent photogears.uk, paypal, onbuy,com & Yodel.co.uk dozens of messages through their customer portal, probably taking up about 8 hours of my time.
I wouldn't touch any of them again with a barge pole if I can help it.

Bought android car play for the BMW x5 item that arrived faulty. The seller refused to give the refund. Avoid this seller it's an absolute scammer. Now Waiting for PayPal to refund.
